  Stopped by on thanksgiving weekend to food truck alley. Great idea, everyone should come out and experience it. I decided on the noodle truck and was pleasantly surprised. Thier take on sweet and sour pork and rice was delicious. The pork was fresh and moist. It was not heavily battered like you often see, which was great. There was more pork then actually batter! The sauce had a deeper flavor then the norm and not just sweet, which I really enjoyed. Thanks for a great meal. See you again soon. Blue jeep patriot

  I originally went to this parking lot food truck area to try The Noodle Truck, but I was displeased with the menu and tried the Mexican Truck instead.

  Very good fresh Chinese food had the lemon chicken with fried noodles and chicken balls. Look forward to trying more of the menu
